My name is Mark Terlep owner of Mark Terlep Roofing and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. My father was an architect and as a young man I always had a fascination with building. I started to work in the roofing industry in Cleveland Ohio. I quickly found out this was a seasonal business and decided to move south where I could work year round. This brought me to Palm Beach County were I still live and call home 40 years later. I worked with some of the best roofing contractors in the business. They taught me the right and wrong way of doing things. I quickly found out there is only one way of doing things on a roof and that’s the right way the first time. After 21 years of working and being a supervisor for other companies in Palm Beach County, I decided to open my own company. In 1994 I opened Mark Terlep Roofing and have no regrets. I found out if you follow a few simple rules in business you can’t go wrong and I can sum it up in 2 words quality and service. I had the honor of serving as the past president and as a current member of the Palm Beach Roofers Association.
